Philippe Mollé, a man with a passion for the culinary arts and all that is food, travelled the world before settling down in Quebec in the 80’s. Chef, gastronome, culinary writer and a zealous supporter of Quebec’s products, he believes that maple syrup should be our pride.
When speaking about maple products, he says, “Every year, Christmas is extended till March. We never know what nature has in store for us, and when the first sap runs begin, sugaring festivities begin.”
